Terms & Conditions- Believe Representative incentive UK

Campaigns 12 – 18 2011 (T/S Campaigns 14 2011 - 2 2012)

1. This incentive is open to all UK Independent Avon Representatives (excluding those Representatives who are also Avon employees, temporary workers, agency staff, contractors or in any way professionally connected with the incentive and prize draw) who have achieved their personal incentive level for Campaigns 12 – 18 2011 (Campaigns 14 2011 - 2 2012 for Trendsetters).
2. The incentive opens on 12th June 2011 and closes at 23:59 on 7th December 2011.
3. In order to be eligible for this incentive Representatives at the end of Campaign 18 2011 (Campaign 2 2012 for trendsetters) must have met their personal incentive level as communicated by Avon on invoice.
4. Each Representative will be set a personal incentive level for Campaigns 12-18 2011 by Avon, at its sole discretion. Representatives will be advised by Avon of their personal incentive level on their Campaign 11 invoice (Campaign 13 invoice for Trendsetters). The personal incentive level printed on the invoice is the total cumulative amount the Representative sales must reach across the incentive period, not just for one campaign.
5. Each invoice across the incentive period will inform Representatives of their remaining personal incentive level they have to achieve to be eligible to receive a prize and be entered into a prize draw.
6. Representatives who achieve their personal incentive level across the incentive period will be eligible to gain access to an online voucher code which can be redeemed in exchange for one of the following prizes:
   1. Free mini pamper treat*
   2. Free hair wash and blow*
   3. Free Spa Day for 1*
   4. Free dance/fitness sessions*
   5. Free family portrait*
   6. Free fun days out (2 for 1 and kids go free)*
   7. Free one month dining subscription to High-life (www.hi-life.co.uk)*
   8. £50 Holiday Voucher (redeemable with Thomas Cook).
7. available with selected companies and at selected locations in the UK only. Subject to availability.

8. Only one voucher per Representative.
9. Achieving new and established Representatives will be entered automatically into a prize draw with the chance to win one of the following prizes:
   1. 1 x £10,000 in cash
   2. 2 x £5,000 in cash
   3. 5 x £1,000 in cash
   4. 120 x Apple iTouch
10. Achieving Presidents Club Representatives will be entered automatically into a prize draw with the chance to win one of the following prizes:
    1. 1 x £10,000 in cash
    2. 5 x £5,000 in cash
    3. 10 x laptop up to the value of £500
    4. 20 x Apple iTouch
    5. 100 x Avon beauty products up to the value of £15 (based on normal brochure prices)
11. Achieving Representatives will only be entered into one prize draw. Only one prize draw prize per Representative.
12. The prize draws will take place during the week commencing 19th December 2011 at Avon’s Northampton offices.  Winners will be chosen at random by Avon from all those Representatives who have met the entry requirements for the prize draw.
13. Cash prizes will be paid by cheque payable to the winner only. Prizes are not transferable.
14. The winners of the cash prizes, Apple iTouches and laptops will be contacted by Avon by telephone between 19th December 2011 and 6th January 2012. These winners will then receive a confirmation letter and their prize from Avon within 14 days of being contacted by Avon via recorded post.
15. Winners of the Avon beauty product winners will receive their product in their campaign 2 2012 order, along with an invoice message congratulating them on their achievement.
16. If Avon is unable to contact the winners of the following prizes: cash, Apple iTouches or laptops, within 14 days from the 6th January 2012, the prizes shall be deemed to be unclaimed or unaccepted and a substitute winner may be drawn by Avon at its sole discretion. Avon will not be responsible or liable for any prize that is lost, unclaimed or declined.
17. No alternative prizes (other than at Avon’s sole discretion) are available.
18. Avon reserves the right, at any time, to substitute the prizes offered (such prizes to be of equal or greater value) and/or alter the incentive in any way, including cancelling or withdrawing the incentive altogether.
19. Avon reserves the right to withhold prizes in the event of non-compliance with these terms and conditions or if Avon deems, in their absolute discretion, there to have been any malpractice throughout the incentive period. 
20. Winners will be required to participate in any subsequent publicity as deemed appropriate by Avon.
21. In order to be eligible to receive prizes, winning Representatives must still be an active Avon Representative and their account must not be overdue at the time of receiving their prize.
22. All applicants acknowledge that, in the course of participating in this incentive, certain information about them will be captured, electronically or otherwise, and will be transmitted to Avon and third parties associated with the incentive. Accordingly, the applicant’s expressly agree to the transfer of such personal information to Avon and Avon’s third party agents associated with this incentive and that Avon (data controller) and any third party associated with the incentive may use, store, process and transfer that information for the purpose of the incentive. All applicants further agree that Avon may send their personal information outside of the European Economic Area including but not limited to the United States of America, for processing for the purpose of the incentive.
23. By participating in the incentive all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions and by any other requirements set out in the promotional material. Non-compliance may render you ineligible to receive the prize.
24. Avon’s decision is final, no correspondence will be entered into.
